1947 Alternate History Teaser

Germany gets pushed back, East Berlin has been held by the Soviets for the last few months.
However a few days ago Berlin was recaptured and Germany is starting to push back.
The biggest problem for the allies though is the instability.  With the British Empire dealing with
revolutions in Africa, Ukraine and other Soviet countries declaring independence, the war
has turned in Hitler's favor.  Part of Japanese occupied Manchuria has been taking over by the Soviets,
but Japan has a stable grasp on the soviet province of Kamchatka Krai.  The war has dragged on way too
long and the world population is lowering.  At the very most the war will end in a few years, but as a
new threat rises in Brazil the world may never be at peace agian.
