    Trade Routes

    What would be required: -Needs a new building : Trade Post -Needs a new Option in Trade with Country -New Map mode What is it?: A trading system with countries to make money to help boost the economy of a province. How would it improve gameplay?: -New gameplay, becoming a economic powerhouse -Improve in economy growth/ getting money Explanation: Trade Deal with a country, there would be a option of Exporting or Importing. Depending who is doing what will do one of these effect, Importing will grow economic value and growth but will lose some of your country's income. Exporting will help grow development and give you some more money. It can also help with relationships with Countries. The only downside I can think Of is economic growth will be lower. There is Land Trade and Sea Trade. Land Trade only needs a Trade Post Sea trade needs a port and Trade Post If a country offers Trade Goods that would be a import trade for you and export for them, but if they ask for goods it's a export trade for you and import for them. Once a deal is accepted you can choose which province will get that Trade. The province would need the building Trade Post to be built to be used for the trade. This would be stackable The province can have import and export trades at the same time. It doesn't negate the negative effects but lowers it. Distance of trade: For land trade, it would be the distance of 5-10 provinces from the border For sea trade, probably 2-5 of those sea blocks. (Simpler way would be just but which ever country is close) Trade Routes: The new map mode would show which provinces has the trades going on. This makes them valuable. The map mode would also see if the trade is imports or exports which will show you what they need more of and what they have. The map will show how many import the province have and how many exports. This is so if they have alot of export trades you can offer import trades to help them. Limits: 3 trades limit per provinces 5 trades per country. This system will not guarantee that you will become a economic powerhouse but for the region you are in you can use it for your advantage. A much simpler way of this would just ignore the provinces part and just be the countries. Thank you

    You can still this mod's reputation. Make stuff of your own or just give credits to the mods that you took content from. And also, Stop requesting a picture of us feeding an animal. We only want to download a mod. And don't say: "If you don't want to download then don't" because that's just straight up ignoring us i hope you could keep in mind the things i wrote here.

    So yesterday I watched a video of someone playing as a north american tribe, It was a 25 minute video and he conquered NOTHING he was talking about economy and development and shit when he should've migrated close to other tribes, raised a 250 man army and conquered them! Why do some people think so much about economy, like I get it when you are reasonably big and you can invest up to 50k in your provinces but not when you are a 1 province tribe, I said it and I'm gonna say it again, as a tribe you have to CONQUER other tribes and then grow your economy and become a minarchy! Excuse me I am frustrated cuz I can't get how so much people worry about economy in the early stages

    POPULATION Nation First fix nation population. How can Russia has more population than China. Nation population suppose to be realistic. Building Hospital - increase disease resistance School - for non adult Barracks - recruit army Research facilities - for researcher Change library to research facilities Population that are not just a number Add adult (18-60), non-adult (0-17) and retired (60^) pop. Add Life expectancy - old pop that reach certain age die. Life expectancy increase base on technology. [ New technology - healthcare ] from 60-100. Disease decrease life expectancy by few years depend on disease. Each turn baby born base on growth rate. When they reach age 7 they automatically put in school (if a province have one) until they reach age 17. When they become adult they go to industry or research facility. Population type Adult - can be recruited as army, can work (workshop (economy) and research facility ( research) Retired - cannot be recruited as army. Not all can work, if they can it only give small economy output. Non-adult (Children and teenager) - cannot work and be recruited as army. They need to go to school. Each province need to build school so when they become adult it will increase economy and research. Province that that doesn't have school produce no research when they become adult and if you build Army Only adult can be recruited. Province that doesn't have barracks can recruit army but it has -20% attack and defense because you not recruiting a soldier but a normal civilian. It also have -20% cost and upkeep. Army cannot be recruited if there are no adult in a province. Devastation Reduce growth rate, Immigration and increase emigration. When army battle in a province it increase devastation by 2%. Plunder increase devastation by 20% Horde can massacre population - kill 50% of a province pop and increase devastation by 50%. 10 years cooldown. 100% devastation have no growth rate and have 100% emigration, damaged buildings (can be repaired). Immigration Each capital have immigration attraction except tribe and horde. Immigration add pop base on emigration% of each province in a nation to capital every year. New diplomacy - Immigration treaty Immigration come from outside of your nation base on opinion of that nation. Emigration Devastation increase emigration. Disease increases emigration. Growth rate Immigration increase growth rate. If a province has no adult it decrease growth rate by 100%. Growth rate will increase slowly when the children become adult or when people immigrate. Devastation decrease growth rate. Work Only adult can work. Workshop increase economy. Research facility increase research. Happiness Happiness affect work and immigration. -1% happiness = -1% economy and research = +1% emigration = +1% revolts risk (if you have other nation core on a province) If this is too much or too complicated at least change happiness. Happiness barely do anything. The reasons why I suggest this is because recruiting army reduce population significantly and for this reason I don't recruit army in capital so I can focus on economy and research in capital.

    Look, I get it, Lukasz is only one guy working on such a massive project, and, I mean, that's cool, he's already achieved a lot, he made an amazing game, full of scenarios and possibilities, wanna play as fascist Turkey in the modern world? Go for it! Maybe communist France during WW2, and ally to the Soviet Union? Heck yeah! Sure, there are a few bugs here and there, but the game is still pretty solid, I only have one problem with it.... The A.I., when you're playing a strategy game, the AI needs to be good (unless it's a multiplayer strategy game, but AOC II is singleplayer), otherwise you won't be challenged, it can be either a smart A.I., that you will need to think hard about what their decisions will be, and try to outsmart them, or an unfair AI, that is given advantages that the player doesn't have, the AoC II A.I. isn't unfair, but it isn't smart either, they will declare wars like a bunch of mad men, won't start alliances and their different ideologies actually don't change much, oh, and don''t get me started on their wars, they either spam all of their men or just don't move whatsoever, even when they have an advantage over their enemies. My suggestion isn't too complicated, it's just to make it so that the A.I. will follow a certain "pattern", depending on their ideology and power (as in population, industry, and money.), give each country a goal, and countries with similar goals will have a high change of forming an alliance, for example, a fascist country that is relatively strong, such as Germany in the WW2 start date, and able to succeed in wars agaisnt smaller nations would have a conquering goal, they would want to get more land, while big democratic/communist countries would rather get puppets, it can either be automatic goals, randomly generated for certain countries, depending on their power and ideology, or be goals made for certain countries in certain start dates, I've already noticed that very small and weak countries are generally the only ones to start alliance, I've seen Luxembourg and Isle of Men creating alliances in most of my Modern World games, so it would follow a similar pattern to that.

    Hello there, I think there should be a console command "removeplayer" opposing the addplayer command. This would be very handy in situations where you want to change the side completely . For example playing the WWII scenario as Germany first, building a strong Axis - then addplayer Soviet Russia, removeplayer Germany and viola you are now playing as Soviets trying to defeat the beast you have built before. It can make the game more enjoyable in prolonged games.
