Alright i know its a weird question but how do i remove province instability? it takes me alot of game time just focusing on fixing provinces how do i remove them from the game totally is there any way? thanks

Hi there i tried to fix my province instability but its still growing even after i assimilate them, Is there anyway to turn this feature off? Also another thing that is anoying me is that is there a way to recruit unis from a captured province at all or do i have to do the peace talks? Thanks
