  1. This solution is too grid-like. I propose having units die at sea each movement and a research option for naval technology to decrease the number of deaths at sea.
  2. You should also be able to tax trade routes in territory or straits you control.
  3. An option that allows tribal civilizations to spawn randomly on the map, with a higher chance of appearing in high growth provinces.
  4. So I have an ally, +100 relations with that ally, and my attempts at uniting with said ally probably number in the double digits. HELP
