    Did he abandon this game, or he choose to stay silent? Is he taking a long rest (1-10 years?) without telling anyone and ignore the game and forum?

    Can be prevented if Lukasz hire few developer/programmer. At least he not working on bug and update alone.

    MILITARY Army Morale Army has morale as hp bar. When it reach 0 the army retreat. The chances of army recreating depends on general skill and technology difference. General Each army need a general. Army that doesn't have general has -50% morale. When a general die in a battle it decrease army morale by 50% and have 10% chances to retreat. General skills 1 ⭐ general to 5 ⭐ general Each ⭐ increase morale by 2% Retreat chances : ⭐ - 60% ⭐⭐ - 70% ⭐⭐⭐ - 80% ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - 90% ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -100% No general - 10% Siege Province occupation : No fortress - 1 turn Lv 1 fortress - 2 turn Lv 2 fortress - 3 turn Lv 3 fortress - 4 turn Garrison Each fortress have garrison. Each level add 1000 garrison army. A fortress province need at least equivalent amount of army to occupied. An army will never occupy a fortress province if it has less army than the garrison. Technology Each point of military weapon technology increase 10% attack. (because there is no way a tribe with spear need same amount of army that equipped with gun and have an even casualties in a battle) I'll think about unit type that range from early civilization to modern era later. I don't know how to mod to add all these stuff, probably need some programming (which is I don't know a thing). I just give an idea that will improve the game. Unrelated stuff: Stellaris ancient relic is out.
  4. POPULATION Nation First fix nation population. How can Russia has more population than China. Nation population suppose to be realistic. Building Hospital - increase disease resistance School - for non adult Barracks - recruit army Research facilities - for researcher Change library to research facilities Population that are not just a number Add adult (18-60), non-adult (0-17) and retired (60^) pop. Add Life expectancy - old pop that reach certain age die. Life expectancy increase base on technology. [ New technology - healthcare ] from 60-100. Disease decrease life expectancy by few years depend on disease. Each turn baby born base on growth rate. When they reach age 7 they automatically put in school (if a province have one) until they reach age 17. When they become adult they go to industry or research facility. Population type Adult - can be recruited as army, can work (workshop (economy) and research facility ( research) Retired - cannot be recruited as army. Not all can work, if they can it only give small economy output. Non-adult (Children and teenager) - cannot work and be recruited as army. They need to go to school. Each province need to build school so when they become adult it will increase economy and research. Province that that doesn't have school produce no research when they become adult and if you build Army Only adult can be recruited. Province that doesn't have barracks can recruit army but it has -20% attack and defense because you not recruiting a soldier but a normal civilian. It also have -20% cost and upkeep. Army cannot be recruited if there are no adult in a province. Devastation Reduce growth rate, Immigration and increase emigration. When army battle in a province it increase devastation by 2%. Plunder increase devastation by 20% Horde can massacre population - kill 50% of a province pop and increase devastation by 50%. 10 years cooldown. 100% devastation have no growth rate and have 100% emigration, damaged buildings (can be repaired). Immigration Each capital have immigration attraction except tribe and horde. Immigration add pop base on emigration% of each province in a nation to capital every year. New diplomacy - Immigration treaty Immigration come from outside of your nation base on opinion of that nation. Emigration Devastation increase emigration. Disease increases emigration. Growth rate Immigration increase growth rate. If a province has no adult it decrease growth rate by 100%. Growth rate will increase slowly when the children become adult or when people immigrate. Devastation decrease growth rate. Work Only adult can work. Workshop increase economy. Research facility increase research. Happiness Happiness affect work and immigration. -1% happiness = -1% economy and research = +1% emigration = +1% revolts risk (if you have other nation core on a province) If this is too much or too complicated at least change happiness. Happiness barely do anything. The reasons why I suggest this is because recruiting army reduce population significantly and for this reason I don't recruit army in capital so I can focus on economy and research in capital.
  5. Hire more developers. At least you don't have to work alone and bug will be fix faster. Fix bug first, try to add new stuff that are suggested in suggestion. Make map able to share/download/upload in android/IOS. Add steam workshop. The game will come back to life if you do this.

  7. Lukasz seriously need a few mod and Dev for forum and the game or the community will slowly die. The game has a lot of bug and IOS is not even release yet. He's probably working on it or taking a long rest because of 3 years work or he might abandon the game because of pirated game. All the suggestion and bug reports in forum is probably ignored. He's probably overwhelmed by the suggestion and bug reports that's he need to work on it alone. This game has a lot of potential to become a great game.

    Corrupted save file

    I found a way to load the corrupted safe file. First, click new game and play (just click the play button, no need to click next turn). Then exit to main menu and load the corrupted save file. (you need to do it every time when you want to load the corrupted save file)
  9. Because they defy God which make religious people don't like them. Not sure if it accurate in real life.
  10. We all know there is a religion folder already but there are no religion in game. Before Lukasz add religion, we should suggest him how religion should work and improve religion ( if he currently making ). Mechanism - Religion map mode. - Religion statistics. - Religion work almost the same as population. - It has percentage in province and diplomacy menu. - Province have low stability if your religion is minority or have many other religion. - Convert province work just like assimilation. - Defender of faith. ( only work before 1900 ) Have a window just like HRE - Defender of faith on top and a list of nation with same religion (each religion has it's own). Have statistics - a list of religion and the country that have the title on the right side. Nation with high population and economy can claim the tile. If a nation defeat in a war against other nations with different religion, the tile gone. Title can be taken from others if the other nation is stronger. Nation that have the title will get +20 relations to other nations with same religion and +1 diplomatic point every turn. Can call for crusade/jihad - war on other religion that have -50 relation, can call other nations with same religion into war. Christian nation need pope permission ( if papal state exist ) to call crusade. Pope can call for crusade with nation that have -50 relations even without the title. Defender of faith change name to caliph only to muslim religion. - Relations Nation that have different religion than you will have -10 relations. Same religion will have +10 relations. When you conquer to much nation with same religion, other nations that have same religion will get -50 relation and defender of faith can call for jihad/crusade. - Vassals You can force vassals to convert but you will get -30 relations from your vassals. Vassals gain 50% liberty desire. Other nations that have same religion as vassal is more likely to support their independence. - Tolerance -10 to +10 Higher tolerance means higher stability if a province is have more than one religion. Tolerance can be increased in technology - unlock at 1800. Higher tolerance increase relations from other nation, negative tolerance decrease relations. Different government type have different tolerance. - Atheist -5 tolerance from all religion. Few population change to atheism in 2000 ( mostly Christian)
  11. Max alliance should base on government type : Monarchy, Democracy, Republic - 4 Communism, Fascism - 3 Tribal, horde - 1 City state - 2 Not sure if it accurate.
  12. Just like game speed, add turn speed. Example: 1 turn = 2 weeks = 1 month = 2 months = 3 months And so on, max 1 year. Remove turn gap base on age.

    Vassal Bug

    It's not a bug. Vassals need to be reworked.
  14. How about make colonization cost diplomatic point, few hundred population and few thousand money. The cost (money and diplomatic point) increases depends on distance. And it take few turn until population in colonized province reach 5000.

    Corrupted save file

    After I load save file it return back to main menu and I load it again but when i try to open diplomacy menu this happen ( attached pic ). Idk why this happen, before I save the game nothing unusual happen. On another game ( same nation, 1440 scenario and delete save file because I can't play it ) The screen turn dark after a few turn after I unpause the game. I restart the app and then... I can't load my save game (turn 425).

It slowly (turn per turn) assimilate vassal ( unlike demand annexation that need to assimilate after annexing ), it cost diplomatic point and money depend on vassal size (population). Coalition ( I know about coalition in trade) - Temporary alliance of few nation against large nation that have -50 relations with those nation, disband after war. Great power - Interfere in war ( take side, occupied province automatically transferred to the nation that you take side) Holy Roman Empire - HRE Emperor - Grant / revoke electorate (+/- 20 relations) - Invite nation to HRE ( nation must be weaker than you ) - Non HRE member - Disband HRE ( HRE emperor and elector province is occupied ) Others - Add 'threat' (-20 relations) to nation that being conquered by you. -10 relations to nation that was at war. -20 relations to nation that you have their core. Nation that have HRE province get -20 relations to all HRE members. - HRE Emperor get +1 diplomatic point every turn.

    Something like integrate subject (required >50 relations). It slowly (turn per turn) assimilate vassal ( unlike demand annexation that need to assimilate after annexing ), it cost diplomatic point and money depend on vassal size (population).
