Uprising Scenario
Previously Battle Royale, this Scenario makes the world messed up so much. lots of rebels and ideologies rising up
Scenarios Changed
Modern Day, WW2 and Victorian Age have been Uprising-fied, next is either 1440 or USA States
Nations
The Nations are the Top 100 Strongest Nations in the first turn of Modern World Scenario.
Changes
Happiness is very low for every country.
They have to gain lands from countries that are not in the top 100 strongest nations
If you want to play the Scenario, you must make aggressiveness to 400%
All Nations are in 100K debt when starting the game.
Starting Armies, Populations and Economies are maxed out
i gave all African Nations a little boost of technology points for them being the weakest continent.
