RaulGB88 got a reaction from Cayo in How to add your own music
Are you tired of listening the same Kevin Macleod music over and over again?
Well, I can help you if you follow all the steps carefully.
You need: Your music, (preferably in mp3 format)
Notepad++ You can download it here https://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v7.6.2.html
Im going to use my song called "example"
1.Go to this webpage https://audio.online-convert.com/convert-to-ogg Its a ogg converter. Then drag your mp3 files in the green box. When you finish, then click in "start conversion". In my case, it shows in spanish (because im spanish)
The converter transform your mp3 files into ogg files. When it finish download it all.
2.When you have your new files, the drag all the songs into this location C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Age of Civilizations II\music.
After that, click in Age_of_Civilizations file with the right button and click in "Edit with Notepad++"
In the editor you have to write the song's names with this formula NAMEOFTHESONG.ogg;
Example:
Then click in Save (blue icon in the up left) or Ctrl+S
And there you go! Now your songs can be played by the game
I hope I helped you!
By the way, here is the AoC music file if somebody made a mistake when he was writing in it and the music doesnt play

RaulGB88 reacted to Łukasz Jakowski in Own Governments flags
How to add own flags for Governments of Civilization?
Each Civilization have own TAG
Example: "pol" - Poland
All lists of tags and Civilizations can be found:
Game files -> game -> languages -> civilizations -> Bundle.properties
Each type of government have own extra TAG
Game files -> game -> Governments.json
For monarch extra tag is: "m"
Extra_Tag: "m",
So the flag of Monarch of Poland will have this TAG: "pol_m"
For the Horde the TAG will be "pol_h" etc.
Flags location:
Game files -> game -> Flags - Small flag (Required)
Game files -> game -> FlagsH - Large flag(Optional)
For own Civilizations created in "Civilization Creator"
Game files -> game -> civilizations_editor -> 1544372214811aiomucxo
"1544372214811aiomucxo" is an example TAG of your Civilization
"1544372214811aiomucxo_FL.png" Democracy Flag
"1544372214811aiomucxo_m_FL.png" Monarchy Flag
"1544372214811aiomucxo_h_FL.png" Horde Flag
etc.

RaulGB88 got a reaction from Ciao Ciao in Could someone help me?
You have to create a folder called 1200 in the scenarios folder and move this files in it(dont forget to rename the image to preview.png)
1200_A
1200_C
1200_D
1200_HRE
1200_INFO.json
1200_PD
1200_W
1200
Create another folder called events in the 1200 folder and put this file into the events folder
1200_E
I hope everything works!

RaulGB88 reacted to steffan in Civil War
Lets say for example my country has 100 provinces, and is democratic. the rebels get 25 provinces (25%) and for example are monarchist, get 25% of my money and the provinces that rebelled are core provinces (they can recruit etc.) and all provinces should be united. they need either to conquer your country or the PLAYER needs to do a peace treaty.
