    He said many times that he would add features like this into a game like Age of Civilizations 3. He made clear many times that he doesn't want this game to get too advanced. He is probably going to release a AOC3 and AOC2 will then become almost a perfect balance between AOC1 and 3, being not too casual but not having too many advanced features at the same time. That's what I'm getting from what he's doing anyways. AOC3 will be the real grand strategy game and will actually compare to HOI4. My guess for the price tag will be 10-15 bucks. It will shake up the paradox community even more than AOC2 did as it will actually be in the same style as HOI4 or EU4 while being 1/4th of the price and without DLC and extreme support of content creators for the game.

    Train stations could work like sea ports just on the ground, the army could get on a train at that place and with the connected rails in the neighboring provinces they could travel 3-4 provinces depending on the railed provinces surface, so for example if its a mountain province it would slow down the trains, also it could balance the jobless population by spreading them and the minorities could also spread by making the source province less minorited.

    Fun idea but I do not think if Ireland has 82 provinces you would be able to do the entire world. Even doing Europe would be fairly optimistic. Good luck anyways.

    You can go to the editor, go into game editor and find unions. In the Unions tab is a list of all unions you can create and how to create them.

    There will be so many provinces in Europe inaccuracies will definitely be not a problem. I usually first draw the divisions of the given country (eg. Polish Województwa) and then I divide them up even more. The provinces are based off of modern borders, but you should still be able to recreate older countries as well.

    Welcome to the Greater Europe Map project. My long term goal is to have a Europe with a ton of provinces, because why have America, Africa and Asia, when you can have a hell of a lot of provinces in Europe?
    My main focus in this mod is to add a lot of provinces while still keeping country borders and local borders at least kind of accurate. For example, Ireland has it's 32 counties. 
    Right now the mod is in it's in-game stage, where I'm adding all of the provinces into the game.
    All of the resources added in this mod were created by me! The province map and the background map were both made by me.

    You need to put these folders and file in:
    C://Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Age of Civilizations II/map

    It is still very buggy since I am doing the mod all by myself. If you know how you can fix a bug or have any tips, make sure to tell me!

    tbh about 8/10
    It's an amazing strategy game for it's price, but for a game, it's pretty broken. Partly because players don't fully report their bugs etc. It is great but base game lacks a lot of stuff. Only viable scenario is 1440 because all of the other scenarios are extremely boring. The real-time-strategy element is put in the game fairly awkwardly, It's simply a billion times better to use turns in it's scenario because almost every single decision you can do is based on those turns. There is almost nothing you can do inbetween them. Hearts of Iron IV for example has many trees, ranging from technology to production to focus tree.
    8/10 is a pretty fair rating in my opinion considering this is an indie game and not a triple A company doing it.

    San Marino, Vatican, Monaco, Andorra, etc. will all be a part of the Greater Europe Map. I also take requests there for other provinces.

    Are you actually sick playing Euro Truck Simulator with a controller
    Also the one console I believe AoCII should be released on is the Nintendo Switch, considering the screen is a touchpad and this way could be ported way more easily than to PS4 or XONE
