  1. The grandest project in age of history 2's history yet. This mod, made from the maker of "The Second Great War" will revolutionize and forever change the way you play age of History 2, by making the game into an entirely new experience, more difficult yet more interesting. The mod will focus on the concept of Empire in the modern era's terms, like colonial empires and expansionist states, as well as a new and more in depth look into your country and what events happened to it between the eras. The mod will add over 30 new scenarios, hundreds of new countries, alternate histories, real histories and much more. THE MAIN FOCUS: The main starting date is in 1815, just after the Congress of Vienna. This mod introduces objectives which your nation will need to complete to gain bonuses and the upper hand on other countries of the era, through the new ideology-based system of "industrialization". Following 5 ideologies, the development level of your country will go from uncivilized, to civilized, to non-industrialized (where European and colonial nations start as) , to partially industrialized, and finally industrialized. These ideologies will allow for greater growth and bigger armies as you upgrade them, bringing to armies on the hundreds of thousands being a normality in AOI (Age of Imperialism)'s battles. Aggressiveness has also been reworked, with the minimum now being 0% , which is highly suggested for scenarios with events. Among other things, AOI will include: - a new exclusive map created by the fusion of all terrain maps from the popular game Victoria II👑 - over 200 new provinces to make borders look better and create better "greater countries"⚔️ - 30 new scenarios 💥 - 5 scenarios of the 30 will include events ( for example the highly anticipated realistic world war 1 scenario, and the world war 2 scenario coming straight from The Second Great War mod, so you will be able to delete that mod since this one will include it in it's entirety)⚜️ -1 completely new "CONGRESS OF VIENNA" scenario with objectives, revolutions, industrialization mechanics, new colonial mechanics , historical and alternate history events and much more.⚙️ - A completely new UI✅ - new music🎶 This project is being worked on by a small modding team (Starfruit, Greenlion, James, stefan ecc...) headed by Italian P&C, so the progress, although slow, will keep going forward. Form example if the uk has the 13 colonies it will be able to release them (same way as forming a nation but instead one gets released) 2.AI cant release vassals 3.it will make the game less bordergory 4.It will be easy to make your own colonies (in the map editor just like formable civs) 5.No more hours spent on events (literally just like formable civs you will be able to choose which civs will be able to form the colony) 6.Good for roleplay (pretty obvious why)

  6. A world in which European colonial powers divided Asia, Africa, America, and Oceania. You can declare war on other European empires to take their colonies and take the lead! Colonial Empires.zip
  7. 656/5000 Problems with the colonies I was playing the ww2 scenario with Germany, but I realized that it was impossible to attack France and the United Kingdom, due to their vast territories that made them gain a lot of man power. I then tried, thanks to the Editor, to create vassals, so that the two powers still had colonies, but that these did not affect so much man power. However, this has led to another problem. Now, if the colonies intervene in the war, at the end of the peace treaties it is possible that the Indian Raj has annexed some territories in Germany, or that French Morocco now has some territories in Italy. Please resolve.

  9. So right now colonies are really dumbed down and inaccurate. What Lukasz should add is: Have actual colony countries (like in EU4 where after a while of colonising you get to form one big vassal that can colonise and is less autonomous than a regular vassal). Have said colonial countries declare independence after a while (Have the liberty desire tick slowly up, and as you enter the 1700s and 1800s have the liberty desire tick up more faster). Let that liberty desire rate vary from continent and historical period (like having Africa not really want independence till the 1960s) I think this list is pretty good, you would say?

Here are a few suggestions I have (react with these things if you support it) (like)> Vassals should not be able to peace out with other vassals if both their lords are at war (sad)> The Player should get more control over their vassals (confused)>You should be able to ajust population and economy from the start (like with tech level) instead of having to make an event to ajust it (haha)>There should be an easier way to import flags when making custom civs (thanks)>When vassals are pushing in a war overseas (for example british raj helping the uk in germany) the area the vassal takes should be occupied by the lord :D
