Empire Resurrection is a future scenario I made a while ago for fun. It's also probably the first scenario I've ever made. It's not yet world war 3, it's kind of a rising storm in the world, a build-up to WW3. In the future I will release sequels to this scenario, where the war finally ignites. For now though, this is what I have. It's not meant to be an accurate prediction of the future, I'm open to criticism, just please not anything about how "unrealistic" it is (I already know). This is not the complete scenario, I still want to add events, but I wanted to get this public so I can get feedback on it. If you have any ideas or questions about the scenario or constructive criticisms, don't be afraid to comment about it. Europe: Lore Section Begin -The Jutes and Lombards are basically nationalists with similar mentality to the Mongols. "This is the perfect opportunity to form a state where the long-ignored descendants of the Lombards can live freely, if you fight for us- this opportunity will not go to waste!" Philipp Landsteiner, Commander of the Lombard Army, 1:32 PM, March 8th, 2035, broadcasted on live television, the day following the collapse of central German government. "This land is named after us, why shouldn't we own it? It is our time to stand against Danish government and instate a country where the rightful inhabitants of Jutland are able to be recognized as such" William Hougaard, Grand Marshal of the Jutes, July 17th, 2036, the day before the Jutes rebel against Denmark. -The bit of neutral territory in the Sahara is anarchy. "We may have caused society to collapse in the Sahara because we destroyed the governments controlling it, but who really cares about the lives of some desert nomads?" Chief of the Defence Staff Horace Ballard, 2031, 1 month following the annexation of Niger. -Estonia is so big because the New Allied Front and Free World Council both gave a lot of support and resources to them to try to win them over into joining their alliance. Eventually, NAF won over the Estonians. "We've shown our dominance, why should we oppose those who want us to grow? The New Allied Front, as of today has been joined by Estonia!" Sven Kivisildnik, President of Estonia, October 20th, 2032. -The New Allied Front and Free World Council are the two factions fighting for dominance in this rising storm, but what are they? NAF is an organization formed by Great Britain to- in the words of British Minister of Foreign Affairs Leroy Willis "Preserve the powers created by those who discovered the superior races". They are opposed by the Free World Council, an alliance created by Russia and a few other nations with the purpose of- "Making sure the world doesn't fall under the control of crazy fascists, my least favorite kind of people" -Nikolai Lukashenko, Governor of the Russian Province of Belarus, 2038. Though they oppose NAF, they only do it so they can keep their hegemonies without opposition. -The South of mainland Italy used to be Sicily, but Albania invaded to get revenge on the Italians. "We've taken some of Italy! Unlike the Italians we're actually going to do something other than lose battles, Mussolini must be rolling in his grave!" Mirian Sadiraj, Supreme Leader of Albania, a day after victory in the First Sicilian-Albanian War. Hello, this is a fictional scenario that I made with the countries of a friend. [AS IT IS A FICTICAL SCENARIO, THINGS DO NOT NEED TO MAKE SENSE] *WITH MORE THAN NEW 15 PLAYABLE COUNTRIES* Some things added in this scenario: * United Korea * Japan in a new mode of war (at war with United Korea) * United Guyana * Baltic States * France-England Kingdom. * Empire of Canada * Transnistria * Independent Scotland *AND MORE* A bit of history: NEW STATES OF MEXICO: Mexico only prepared to go to war with WHOLE CENTRAL AMERICA with the support of American soldiers, sending an ultimatum to all Central America, they were afraid and surrendered, the only one who did not surrender was Panama, who so he went to war with the NEW STATES OF MEXICO which ended months later with a peace treaty. KYARALAND: In a long war between Portugal with support from the British against Indonesia, Indonesia had to surrender giving territories to Portugal and the United Kingdom, the two divided the island, but years later the locals wanted independence, already that they did not identify with European culture. It was a peaceful independence, there was no war. NEW ROME: Italy and Germany made a pact, in which there would be a border that would increase the friendship of the two countries. Switzerland had to surrender as the two countries sent an ultimatum. Thus was created the NEW ROME, dependent on Germany, with the idea of increasing friendly relations between Germany-Italy. UNION OF FIN: It would be a kind of Nordic communist revolution promising social equality for people, like the Russian revolution, but in this case this revolution was stronger and made people more convinced. December 22, 2050, a cold winter day, the very peak of human civilization for centuries to come. But then at 15:30 UTC, tensions over the recent Russian invasion of the Baltics the day before caused NATO to declare war on Russia when Narva fell, Russian predident Alexander Vykov earlier that day warned of 'nuclear interventon' if NATO went to war, but at about 15:51, Russia deployed the nukes, causing America to do the same a few minutes later. by about 17:30, the last nukes hit and the governments hid in bunkers. 300 million died that day. And the nuclear winter and fallout caused 5 billion more to die and for the entire planet to collapse. It wasn't until the mid 2060s that people started getting out of their bunkers and creating new civilizations. the former nations left their bunkers but all but a few were quickly overwhelmed by local powers. by 2120, society was starting to normalize. As usual, many countries went to war. humanity was set back to the industrial age. some former US state governments managed to survive and declare independence. The original only included Europe, but this one includes North and South America, Africa, The Middle East, and Oceania. Don't worry, I've already begun working on Asia, which should be completed very soon 😉. I will be releasing the full map in V3. Here's some stuff you should know about this scenario: This scenario has 55+ custom civilizations The scenario currently has no form-able civilizations, but I intend to add them The info for these separatist movements comes from Wikipedia, so if you see an error, LET ME KNOW AND I WILL FIX IT If you find some flags that look really bad (badly compressed, blurry, etc.), let me know about them, because I have a lot of flags to redo. When Asia is finished, I will continue to add in civilizations that I may have missed. So, all I have to do is change the names of the countries and change the names of the union. Maybe I will do something more in events and I should insert this in a while. That's how it looks: In this scenario, I want to achieve something like ... '' final war ''. The main enemy of all countries will be ISIS, which consists of medium-strong countries. The next enemy will be the USA, which in this scenario is even god. Each test game as an observer ended in a US victory ... Maybe because the difficulty of playing this country is 12%, heh.
