The year is 1993, 6 years after the surrender of the United States as the Red Army reached the Mississippi River. Communism is stronger than ever, and NATO and Democracy lie in shambles. North America lies in ruins, as many breakaway states pop up around the continent. Europe lies divided between the stronger than ever Iron Curtain and the final democratic nations left on the continent. Asia is the sight of a new Cold War over the divided island of Japan, controlled by Chinese and Russian puppet states. The world lies in ruins, but will you reunite it under the banner of Democracy, or will you watch what remains burn?
