  2. hey hey, do you know how to write a city in different alphabet or ? for exemple, a russian city name written in latin and cyrillic alphabet ? same for arab cities etc etc
  3. Steps: 1. Download Map editor. 2. Clear all data. 3. Copy/Create bg.png (background for your map) 4. Create province. 5. Copy first province into new folder (Province is called PROV, and move it into folder that will be containing all provinces) 6. Rename your first province to 0 (second to 1 etcetera) 7. In game map folder (steamapps\common\Age of Civilizations II\map) copy template (and rename it), and clear "cities" folder. 8. Copy your provinces into update, \data\provinces (I'm not sure if you need to copy it into provinces folder, but It works too :P) 9. The economy is the most important thing in Age of civilization 2, without it you couldn't even build up an army to invade other countries or even defend yourself for bigger threats, in this post ill be showing you how to stabilize a prosperous economy in ANY kind of country. (Notice that ill be playing as luxembourg in this tutorial) 1 - Taxes, and spending: One notable thing on taxes is that you can be putting it 1 little more to the acceptable tax and still not loose happiness, good to be winning some tips like 3 - 19 which is good for me. Also set every spending at its minimum (in future we may do some changes). 2 - Technology points: A very obvious decision for a better economy, i suggest to you be spending more in (Economy growth and income production, also put some in the rest). 3 - Development: Development is the cherry of the cake talking about economy, the development defines how much less unneployment you have in your nation, with more jobs rising, more gold you will get, all due to yhe investiment on development. So, keep investing alot in development in all provinces ultil it reaches the maximum capacity (defined by technology level). 4 - Buildings: Building Workshops is a pretty good way to be getting more money, they add up to 5% more income producton (in other levels 10% and 15%), Also building librarys is good to have more technology points and level, (more useful to the 2nd and 3rd tips). 5 - REEEE at economy: For last, REEEEEE all your money on economy, expending thousands on it, your economy will explode like a nuclear bomb in some turns. 6 - Other tips: Keep in mind to be upgrading your economy buildings such as the workshop and the library to get more technology points.   6. AoC2 Soldier mode is finally released. There are 3 different tanks, 4 different soldiers, 2 different cannons, 2 different planes. I can't believe there's such a mode. Franz Ferdinand został postrzelony!). 3.Następnie zaznacz aby pokazywało okno (pomijamy warunki, przejdziemy do nich na koniec). 4.Na samym dole edytora wydarzeń w tej tabeli będziesz mógł dodać możliwości wyboru, (na przykład skoro tematem jest "Franz Ferdinand nie żyje" to możemy dodać 1 wybór o nazwie: "Wypowiedzmy wojne Serbii! i 2 o nazwie: "dajmy sobie spokój. Oczywiście wy możecie dać dowolne swoje)😄 5.Jeśli kliknołes aby dodać wybór pewnie zauważyłeś że znejduje się tam guzik od tego co ma się tam stać. Jest on łatwy w obsłudze. Na przykład wybierasz aby jeśli AI lub gracz wybierze "Wypowiedzmy wojne Serbii" to klikamy opcje Wypowiedz Wojne a następnie pomiędzy kim, w tym przypadku są to Austro-Węgry i Serbia (Reszte możliwości napewno sami ogarniecie). 6.Robimy to samo w 2 wyborze lub zostawiamy pusty jeśli ma być poprostu wyborem nic nie robiącym lub informacyjnym. 7.Teraz przejdźmy do Warunków.   13. I have seen plenty of people asking how to do this. The process isn't very neat and is easy to mess up so it is advisable to save before doing it.I will assume that you can use console commands. There are plenty of tutorials for that. Here it goes. Let's take Germany and France as our example. You're Germany and want to switch to France. Use console command addplayer to control France. As France offer Germany any province, say Calais. As Germany accept the offer and then release yourself as any nation in Calais(make sure that you have ticked the play as released vassal button and that you are only giving that one province. I have occasionally messed this up). Then as Calais offer a union to France(not the other way around if you wanna have the French tag, weird I know). Accept the union and voila you are in single player again. If you wish to change your flag back to normal the n just switch your ideology and then switch it back.(if you are a poor nation you can use the formable nations editor to do it in a relatively cheap way, though it is a bit more tedious. Go to Editor>Map editor>Whichever map you use>Formable nations. You can probably figure out the rest. If you can't just ask.) If this was too confusing then you can ask me what you don't understand. I can probably make a video tutorial if you want.(Due to timezones and the fact that I don't check everyday, you might have to wait a while for the reply). You can use this method to avoid border gore, make your vassals join your alliance to allow your allies and other vassals to pass through them, change their ideology(though there is a simpler way to do that), make them form a certain nation when your allies just refuse to form a nation for whatever reason, add a little flavour to your game or simply to switch to a nation which you find interesting in any of your game (and probably a lot more).
  14. Hello everyone. I have been playing AoC2 since its launch. Everyone that played the game, had the problem of the provinces with 10 of economy. I always try to not invade the provinces with 10 of economy because they are not useful. I'd never known how to increase the economy on provinces with 10 of economy, because I can try to improve the economy and says "4 turns to finish" but then in the next turn the inversions are ended and the province still with 10 of economy. I tried with the development too, but nothing. I play on Legendary difficult, so, idk if that difficult make that provinces impossible to gain economy. Anyone has done it? If you done it, pls told me how you make it. Thank you. Lukasz should fix that, but, we know that he is a little bit inactive.

If you're not so pacient on taking diplomacy with everyone and likes war as this game is dedicated, welcome, this post may help you with some war tactics on this game 1 - Let them attack: first of all, if you build a good defense against a weaker and smaller nation (Example: China vs North Korea) Let them attack until their economies are struggled, (this may be noticed if they attack with less troops), then after all the attacks, strike violently against the enemy and win the war with low resistance. 2 - Don't be sieged: NEVER let any enemy siege your army, it may makes it without supplies and weaken army, you may lose alot of troops, that is not glorious and the enemy may push back against you, also do sieges against strong armies of like 2000+ soldiers to weaken the enemy. 3 - Allies: Allies are the cherry of the cake in this game, with allies together both of you can beat a stronger nation (example Camboja and Laos vs Thailand) they also have a nice force that may help you alot in battle, also if your army is completely destroyed, your ally can still hold the positions when you're recovering your army, i've used this tactic alot of times and worked pretty well. 4 - You're never overprepared: Thinking that you're overprepared for any war can be some kind of illusion, (don't think like you can't take luxembourg with 70000 troops, please) this game is a box of surprises that can destroy you some time (example: 3 nations may declare war at you at the same turn), you need to have absolute trust that you're going to take that country. 5 - Have a good economy: To have a good army, you need first to have a very well developed economy, so you can still be stabilized with an enormous army spending, this may help you to recover the army in case of emergencies, if not have a good economy, VERY HIGH CHANCE of your treasure be negative and you lose cause you can't rebuild the army. 6 - Armoury and Supply camps: NEVER forget about these 2 buildings, they ABSOLUTELY are important for your wars: Armoury: Basically troops become cheaper, very good for builds of enormous armies Supply Camps: Very important if you're invading a big country (Example: invading russia) Thank you all for the attention, Hope i helped you alot, if you got any extra tips, comment it, it may help new players to get good at this kinda complicated game. - Yetaloz

If the recipient (country) is doing alright with the trigger, than the outcome (result) is going to happen. For exemple: If the trigger is [Civilization Existe: Turkey], If the country Turkey doesn't exists, than the event is not Gonna pop up for the recipient. ×Outcome/Result× Alright, but in this case, Turkey DOES exists, to the trigger is working, than, the event will do the result. Let's say that in this case, the outcome is [Update Relations with Argentina], than, if Turkey exists <trigger>, Turkey is going to update relations with Argentina <outcome/result>. Basically version: Here how events work: a trigger makes the outcome work. For exemplo, if the trigger is [Government] that means that if the recipient has the government: (youchoose) the pop-up will appear. For example: That means that if the trigger is good/working (the trigger is usa being communist) IT is going to play the outcome I hope you guys understand it. Jugar con Alemania Nazi: Consejo: Descarga o haz un escenario de la SGM ya que el escenario defecto está muy des balanceado. En el inicio del escenario, no tengas guerras con las naciones más poderosas como la Unión Soviética, Francia o Reino Unido. Recomiendo si quieres conquistar ir por tus pequeños vecinos pero gastar tus ingresos en la población para que estas generen más dinero y puedas reclutar mayor población en conflictos grandes es más efectivo. Posteriormente un truco también más efectivo es mandar una amenaza. Puedes llegar a avasallar una nación por más poderosa que sea si tienes un ejercito grande, dejar pasar la tregua y anexionar todo el territorio. Trucos en partida ya iniciada: Cambiar la civilización con la que juegas _________✔_________ Existen dos maneras de cambiar la civilización que controlas: - Una es formando civilización, con las mismas por defecto que están en el juego o creando una nueva en el editor de juego. - Otra manera es, darle en liberar un vasallo, seleccionar el territorio que desees, seleccionar jugar como vasallo lo liberas y empiezas estabilizando TODO el territorio ya que no posees núcleos, cuando la civilización este totalmente estabilizada podrás declarar la independencia. Poner a civilizaciones en contras de otras ¿Cansado de las fastidiosas guerras con naciones muy poderosas? ¿Quieres declararle la guerra a un país pero tiene un vasallo? Entonces el siguiente truco te gustara: Solo selecciona oferta de comercio a la civilización que quieras hacer que declare la guerra a otra, dale dinero para que declare la guerra a la nación que desees. Este "xploit" es muy bueno ya que incluso puedes hacer que los vasallos declaren la guerra a su dueño. ¡No dudes en decir si los trucos presentados te sirvieron!
