Does provinces have to start 0? I created 1-428 provinces and entered "NumberOfProvinces: 428"

if you have 428 provs its needs to be 0-427 on config 428

you can change last 428 to 0

It doesn't matter, provinces have only coordinates in them.
(if they were transformed into game files it would matter)

Check that you have:
In config.json file, check that you have province numbers: ID+1
files:
in folder scenarios: testScenario; Age of civilization.
in folder province_names: file names that in code have same count of provinces like your map.
in folder data: regions

Great Tutorial, but I have one problem. If I open the game, go to map editor and klick on my map, the game crushes and closes. What I do wrong?

Does anyone know how to make ports available on some of my provinces? the ones circled in blue work, but ports cannot be built in the ones circled in red.

Hi, I'm making a map about the world of A Song of Ice and Fire (AKA Game of Thrones), and I have made all the province files. I have followed the tutorial on this thread, but when I try to load them in the game, it keeps crashing when the loading screen shows up, and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. My files are below:
