JustAnUser 37 Posted January 22 What does the HRE do? I've never seen HRE actually do anything as their members fight against one another. I became an emperor but still didn't see any changes. What is the function of HRE in the game?

aijec 52 Posted February 21 I guess Its just for the show, as a feature. Maybe those countries have better relationships, or they become allies when a war comes up ? 1 jatogel reacted to this
Ramiro007 450 Posted February 27 In my personal experience i can say the HRE is only a nice little feature but doesnt have any use
PETER 32 Posted February 27 If you are in HRE it affects the chances of obtaining an alliance with another nation, and vice versa.
LildawgGaming 78 Posted February 27 If you try to ally someone and you are both in the HRE, you get a positive bonus to ally with them. If one of you are, and the other isn't, it gives you a negative bonus to trying to ally with them(This applies if you aren't but they are as well). It is easier to ally people of the HRE if you are in the HRE than people who aren't. In other words, it makes allying other HRE members easier as long as you are a member yourself. If you aren't, or are and trying to ally outside of the HRE, it is harder.
