Planned Features

  • Updated versions of my old scenarios

  • New ideologies
  • New flag editor options
  • Multiple fonts to choose from

Please check my Trello list and Discord server for more info.

Pretty interesting baad, you should put ypur Japan scenario with the 3 civs you showed. Don't remember the name tho. 🙂

Important announcement! Please read.
So there's been a change of plans. I'm unfortunately gonna have to rush the mod so I don't keep you guys waiting any longer. The mod will be very small, but will be expanded later on with updates. There will also be an expansion pack being released alongside it. The mod will only be available in English.

PC players will get an installer with special instructions instead of the usual .zip file full of stuff. Android players will get a normal app file.

Hey, small unrelated to the mod question: How do you make an app file for Android without overwriting the normal AoCII app?

      Is this the end?
The original BEII was allegedly taken over by a development team, meaning there will be new updates for BEII in the future. If this is the case, then Resurgence's development may cease as it is no longer needed.
      More info here:

Because Europe's best* when it's Bloody.
This mod was originally created by Sergei "Suzema" Firstov. I'm just continuing his work because this mod doesn't deserve to bite the dust.
      The original mod includes:
      - Two large maps of Europe (4,434 prov. version + 2,637 prov. version)
      - A large map of the German Empire (937 provinces)
      - A large selection of scenarios from ancient times to alternative future
      - New fonts and music
      - Over 2,000 new civilizations
      - New formable civs and unions
      My continuation includes:
      - Bug fixes and localization improvements
      - Some new scenarios
      - Wasteland maps
      - Restoration of all vanilla leaders and Wikipedia links
      - Maybe some other things
This mod is now available! Copy everything from the PC download into a fresh copy of AoH2 or BEII.

Here are two civs I made while developing The Chairman Baad Collection.

Libyan Arab Republic (use in any scenario dated 1972–1977)

      NOTICE TO ALL:
This scenario will be featured in The Chairman Baad Collection. All future updates to this scenario will be done in TCBC instead of vanilla AoH2.

Long ago, the heavenly kingdom of Chromatia sent 16 million people to establish governments and nations on Earth. Each nation had a specific national color, and nations with similar colors formed "realms". 1,266 years later, the nations began seeking to expand their "realm" across the entire world...

The Colorful World is a scenario where all the nations and factions are based on colors.
This scenario was made in Project Imperator, but you don't need it to play this.

This scenario currently contains 32 nations. Updates are planned, but won't come out very often.
      Recent Updates
1.1: Added the orange, purple, pink, and brown realms. 1.0: Created the scenario! Planned Updates

      NOTICE TO ALL:
An enhanced version of this scenario will appear in The Chairman Baad Collection.
      Always has been.
This scenario features 7 civs, all Ohio with different government types.
The scenario also comes with a custom palette. Open the game folder and put the palette in the pallets_of_civs_colors folder.

      NOTICE TO ALL:
Enhanced versions of these scenarios will appear in The Chairman Baad Collection.
Here are two scenarios based on two different maps predicting what two different continents would look like in two different centuries.

The first is a prediction of what Africa would look like in the 21st century. It is based on this map from 1963.

The second is a prediction of what Europe would look like in the 20th century. This map was created by French writer Henri Dron in 1863.

These scenarios come with 3 custom civs: two for Africa, one for Europe.
