I think the answer is clear here. This value is very huge for the game and not recommended to put, it is better to put in the region of 400-500 technology points and development of the province, as little as possible, 0.20 will do (the game also breaks at a huge value of development of provinces)

Balance of effects from the farm. The buffs were too large and were not justified by the price and technical development.

The effects of buildings change in such similar lines, and I decided to immediately show them in the form of a code, there was no desire to take screenshots of every effect in the game, and so all the necessary information is placed in just one screenshot. I hope I understand how to add new building levels to the game.

Looks like you just add new line and stuff so good news that you figured it all out, what lvl you think should be the max? 10? I think it depends on how you change the effects of next one to not make it too op

It might be the russian version of mod so it doesnt work in english, but if it is all good, then there are new commands like nucl, makes land wasteland, army (number) adds that amount of army, eco (i think) adds some economy, pop or population makes province have exactly 21,000 people or something, if commands doesnt work then you have wait for next version of this mod that is planned to be released at the end of the month
