1 I already did it before publishing the topic

 2 I will not add the microstates because it would be boring to play or invade very small states

Id like to report on a mistake in the map! Plovdiv was part of bulgaria after 1885, so the provinces are a bit incorrect- they have to be ways south

Very good, I look forward to it as soon as possible. One request I have is that you please add many more provinces for Latin America that have too few.

Muy bueno, lo espero lo antes posible. Una petición que tengo es que por favor añadan muchas mas provincias para Latinoamérica que tiene demasiado pocas.

Ok, I will make more provinces up to 4740 but they will not be as small as Callao
