It could be able to buy vassals in the requisition of trade the only way you can give someone a vassal is fighting some country and signing white peace but if it's with the CPU it gets complicated

  • Send an Ultimatum and demand Annexation ( vassal must have -10 opinion of you). Or…
  • Form Union with Vassal (Vassal must have +100 opinion of you, and you must be stronger than your vassal by a large margin).

I basically never vassalize countries when I play because, sooner or later, even the smallest of my vassals will declare war on another country and I'll have to invade it to stop the war, or pay it off. This is a real shame, as some of my more ridiculous games include large "alliances" of puppet states led by a great power (me), that are then liberated at will for me to go to war with again if I wish to do so.

Is there any way to limit vassals' declarations of war? If not in-game, what adjustments would I have to make to make it impossible for a vassal to declare war, and only allow it to join wars if I ask them to?

      Any help is greatly appreciated

This is in my oppinion the most simple and most useful change. So basicly there would be another tick box above the "play as" one in the vassal creation screen, which would be the "put into alliance" and it would just put your vassal into your alliance or make one if you don' t have one yet. So simple and so easy, but it would make all of our life easier,l and the game more fun. (also pls remove ai agressiveness clamp so it could be 0%)

could someone make a mod so that you do not have to go through every provence to capitulate a nation? something like a few turns after you take there capital they surrender or after you take a certain percentage of provinces.

I feel like the game is missing something vital. Historical strength of nations. What I mean by this is that power is purely calculated by income and income by how many provinces a civ owns. By adding these starting buffs and debuffs. Here's how they would work:
Starting buffs and debuffs can be removed by decisions in events or just by time passing. Eexample: Napoleon's France could get a starting buff to soldier attack and defence so they can realistically take on a few countries in Europe easier. They start with the buff in the Napoleonic wars start date and lose it when it's 1821.

Hi, so, i don't know how many people will see this and how much it will affect, but I am just here to say that, although I really like the game, I am very bothered by the fact the Mapuche tribe is listed as just "mapuche" in terms of the country's name. This is a problem due to the fact the actual name would me Wallmapu, which is the name that's used by the the people from said tribe that are still alive today
