This mod is made by Russian Modders and I found this mod on vk site. but i found this mod isn't shared in this forum so I decided to share such a great mod on this forum. credit are going to Here.

Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact


Features:
- 2 scenarios (1946 and 1953);
- More than 160 events;
- 140 leaders;
- More than 300 flags;
- New code;
- New background;
- New ideologies;
- New interface;
- Atmospheric music;
- New diseases;
- New landscape;
- New sound effects;
- 232 new provinces;
- Changed localization.

Features of the new code:
- Ability to plunder your own provinces;
- The desire for freedom for vassals no longer works;
- Prices for buildings have become higher;
- Console commands (commands from the Sieg Edition modification ";

- Investment will last 20 moves;
- Assimilation will last 100 moves;
- Increased population and economy sliders in scenario settings;

Beta 1.1 Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact ✅

Presenting to your attention - a new version of the modification of the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact. Exactly one month passed since the release of version 1.0, it's a good result for Tired Developers team, who did their best to make you a New Year present and make all of you happy. Changes in modifications were not so much, 50/50. Mostly changed were portraits, ideology and events. Also without adding new great event, how many events were added - we didn't count, but about 40-50, maybe even less. In general, enjoy the game!)

Changes in the modification
- Added several new nations to the 1953 scenario, particularly Rommel's military corps;
- Rewrote all of the events for the Nazi States;
- Added events for the beginning of the German Civil War under Heinrich Himmler's rule;
- Added events on the Federal Government of America;
- Added events on Spain;
- Added events on the resistance in Timbuku;
- New Leaders;
- Changed portraits of some leaders;
- New Ideology;
- Added events on the USSR;
- Events on Heydrich's branch;
- Ability to build a new Titanic 2;
- Added 2 successors to the USSR and Germany;

It is recommended to play at 0% aggressiveness, so that the events would not be broken, little if anything.
Downloaded the PC mod and play, nowhere in any vanilla should not throw files. Run the PC version through the jar file AoC2.

That's probably because the mod was only meant to be played in Russian. It doesn't have full English text.

I saw that the translated version was missing some things like events, city names, civ names and the keyboard. This file has the fixed files for the translations so you can add them. It was done via Google Translate so its probably weird at some parts though I changed a few civilization names that I noticed were weird.
