Hey man, I have a question. 

When I try to create a scenario that doesn't cover up the whole world (in this situation, I'm trying to create an administrative regions map of Brazil), the game loads me up back to the menu. Is there is anything that can be done to avoid this?

Nevermind, I found out that the issue was that I was editing an already existing scenario. If I create a brand new scenario, the bug won't happen. Here's the scenarios I've created so far:

I have not encountered such a problem so far, I don't know why this is happening, but it's probably about you.
