What are these? 

 Why not add the border that is in fertile cresent in Syria and Iraq please that reshapes the entire ottoman lifestyle

okey so what you gotta do is
1 choose what province you want to edit
2 delete that province in map editor
3 create your provinces you want inside of the old province
4 rename one of the new provinces to the older province's tag
5 rename the other files with (4269,4270,4271,...)
6 put these prov file into update folder map/earth/update
7 go into map/earth/config.json and edit the province number the your new amount plus 1(cus there is a prov named 0)
8 go in game map editor and select edit connections. click on th province you edited and press the down arrow
9 retsrat your game to reload

3 crear las provincias que quieras dentro de la antigua provincia
4 cambiar el nombre de una de las nuevas provincias a la etiqueta de la provincia anterior
5 cambiar el nombre de los otros archivos con (4269,4270,4271,...)
6 coloque estos archivos prov en la carpeta de actualización map/earth/update
7 vaya a map/earth/config.json y edite el número de provincia la nueva cantidad más 1 (porque hay un prov llamado 0)
8 vaya al editor de mapas del juego y seleccione editar conexiones. haga clic en la provincia que editó y presione la flecha hacia abajo
9 reinicie su juego para recargar

Some of the provinces may be confusing due to overlay from changing the shape of a province, so if you're confused about a certain province or area just tell me. I would have done a red outline but I was unsure if that would really be helpful.
