I like this new mod alot. It's very nice but there is one aspect I wanted to know. In the game lore or your game's lore are the Tseachi actually Humans and the Akaviri the Snake men? This is fine if this is the case I just wanted to know due to interest.

The Tsaesci are the snake men, Akaviri is either a term used for the races of the continent of Akavir in general, or a race similar to humans that ruled some land in the continent in older eras.

Yeah I know and I also believe that in the lore that but some people believe that the Tseachi are Humans and while I believe the Tseachi are snake men others of course have differing opnions. I only asked due to the photo as the Photo of the Tseachi seemed to be humanoid or human looking while the Akaviri photo seemed to be the snake men. That's why I more or less ask eitherway I more or less don't mind I was just curious thank you though.

Bloody Europe II has a not-so-minor bug where diplomacy points increase by only 0.2/turn when the technology level is over 1.0:

When you integrated Bloody Europe II's code into Age of Elder Scrolls, did you fix any of its bugs while doing so?

EDIT: Looks like at least the game civilizations being inaccessible and slow diplo point growth bugs have been fixed. Looking good so far.

Update for the mod Age of Elder Scrolls - 2.1

List of updates:
-Map of Nirn:
+79 new form. civilizations (307 total);
+9 new scenarios (70 in total);
+45 national bonuses (201 in total);
+ Fixed minor bugs on the map;
+ Scenarios corrected.

+113 new civilizations (1520 total);
+ Slightly changed diseases.
+2 new governments. - Vampire Clan and Pirate Brotherhood

Unfortunately, the error with a black background on androids with quad-core or smaller processors cannot be fixed at the moment.
I haven't decided on the events yet. Most likely there will be no more than 3 or 4 scenarios with them and their number will not be large. But perhaps, in the distant future, it will be possible to make random events for all countries, and then...
Plus, in the process of development, there is another idea in the form of a new game mechanic, but I will not talk about this in detail yet, because it may not be possible to do it.
