  1. I am using 400€ laptop (bought this  last year), and i do not have any problems with turns. It was bit slow first, but after 50 turns it was same level as usual in AoC2.

    And what i noticed, Project Alpha Mod was able to run game way longer than AoC2 usually does. Most of my (AI Only) runs crash before 15k. This ran for over 23k turns 😘

    I launched it about 1.5h after it release, and it crashed there about 15minutes ago. (Finland had Sweden, Norway and Denmak annexed, Estonia had Latvia and Lithuania annexed, and Iceland owned Svalbard Islands. All before launching game, edited them. Modern day scenario, no other adjustments were made. **(Grey = Finland, Light Blue = Estonia, Red = China, Darker Blue =U.S.A)**

    Overall, given that it is V0.1, i would rate this 4.8/5 because always room for improvement 😉


  2. Decided to change each and every song in game, but game kept crashed. Figured it out now. You do it just like this, and delete all the other ones. EXPECT: you must keep "Impact_Allegretto" song in music folder, ofterwise game indeed doesnt open and just keeps crashing while you keep trying to open game. Since that "Impact_Allegretto" is game opening song.

    And good to note, this song isnt at that .ogg; thing, and if you dont want to it be played ingame it also shouldnt be either.

    EDIT you also need cheat music, trying to figure what it is now: its "Scheming_Weasel"

    Edit: and oh, game keeps pumping Trance and EDM now

  3. I may start with one i found some time ago, but since game hasnt been updated after it, this should work just fine.

    I am not 100% sure about needed relation level, it has worked for example at +87 for me, may work lower as well, but mostly i have played it safe, and done it with +100 relations. I have noticed that AI gets angry after some time, but it needs many trades to get mad. Or it may get mad for other reasons, i dont know. And when i say it gets "mad" it just lowers the relations with you, via insult.


    OK, but heres how it works:

    -You have good relations with any AI country, rebels with no money work as well.

    -Then you ask for trade deal with them, you will ask 100 000 money from them, because it is max limit at the r´trade deal.

    -You offer them no attack pact, idk how it is called, i am Finnish.

    -Then you just send trade request, and they will accept it always, if you have good enough relations with them.


    -Do not ask for trade with the same AI country every turn, you must keep at least 1 turn between trades for this to work.

    -If your relations are low, make sure to send diplomat before asking for trade, in fact best case would be if you would always have diplomat improving relations.

    -It doesnt matter whether or not AI controlled country actually has money, i guess it just borrows it and ruins its economy forever, never checked.

    It seems so! I downloanded futuristic mod.  Raw pc version,  with help of him.  Works fine.  Opened it,  builded something etc basic stuff and moved turn.  Its good.  I'll update if something is wrong. 


    Update*  sometimes get stuck at 900provinces loaded usually at 60%.  Works normally when closing whole game and reopening it. 


    Btw, if you have already played.  It is not bad idea to take backup of original application.  

    I would have hated if mine would have fully disappeared.  I have 10k turns as a finland.  Lot effort put in there. 

  5. I just crossed  10 000 turns in 1400? scenario. 

    No problems,  expect that now my phone says game does not respond,  if i click too fast. 

    Running on Nokia 6.1.

  6. Game now has a command addplayer,  i would suggest command deleteplayer too. 

    Just like addplayer choose province and do command.  I do not know if it is even possible to deleteplayers that have losed (0 provinces left). 

    I've taken 118 players to game now.  It is so much that i must use automatic clicker to pass all turns 😄.
