[Tool] Image to Province Converter

I've made a tool, which converts a .png into a bunch of provinces, allowing someone to create a custom map more easily.

thanks! i will try it but i still cant figure out how to use even iread the guide after we generate how we open our map?

You have to move the generated files to the update folder of your map.

Run the program with cmd.

Your picture shouldn't contain provinces, or a blob of a single color, which are a single pixel big. You shouldn't have a province, which enclaves another province comlete. Most probably, you have to split your ocean into two provinces.

Are you really sure, that you inputted the command right?

EDIT: SOLVED. MAKE SURE YOUR IMAGE IS IN 32 BIT, OTHERWISE IT WON'T WORK.

(generating takes a few minutes, depending on number of provinces, mine took about three)
