Age of History Games

Ever tired of those bloated mods that say they add 90+ scenarios but they're all a few years apart?

Ever wanted a mod which spans from ancient history to alt future, without losing that vanilla feel to the game?

No? Well bad luck! That's exactly what my mod will do.

The RZ's Extended Timeline mod i've done is based off the mod of same name for EU4. The plan is to create various scenarios spanning from the ancient times to ~2100. These scenarios will mostly be full world maps, NOT small regions. I will use all custom civilizations because it's hard to fix vanilla countries/leaders (Hitler controls communist germany in 1999?? come on!!!!), even if it's very time consuming. It will also add various ideologies and fixes to main game.

Currently Added:

  • New Realistic style map (thanks @urdekreiz for the map)
  • 149 new Custom Civ's for all time that the mod covers (yet to add more)
  • 4 new ideologies, (Social Democracy, Roman Government, Valorism, Antifascist) currently planning to add more
  • Reworked Ages

Planned:

  • More ideologies
  • More custom civ's
  • Scenarios:
  • At the beginning... (300 BC)
  • Dawn of the World (1 AC)
  • Roman-Parthian War (58)*
  • Pax Romana (117)
  • End of the Romans (335)+
  • Barbarian Migration (395)*
  • Rise of Islam (637)
  • The Frankish Empire (780)
  • Stamford Bridge Battle (1066)
  • The Third Crusade (1187)*
  • The Mongol Invasion (1206)
  • Rise of the Ottomans (1444)
  • The Seven Years War (1756)
  • The French Revolution (1789)
  • Crowning of Queen Victoria (1836)
  • American Civil War (1861)*
  • World War I (1914)
  • World War II (1936)
  • The Cold War (1947)
  • Cuban Missile Crisis (1962)*
  • Millennium Dawn (2000)
  • New World Order (2045)
  • World War III (2057)
  • Road to 2100 (2062)

*: Map of region(s), not entire world
+: In Development
^: Finished

Here's Europe from the 335 scenario I'm currently working on, any suggestions are accepted:

I will publish pics of some scenarios soon, but the mod won't be finished in quite the time because i'm just 1 person working on it and it's really time consuming.

Sounds nice.

I have followed your suggestions (and thankfully found some cool maps over the internet that made my job easier) and added the tribes you suggested into the scenario:

Additionally, i've also added West / East Gotland and have began working on central Asia.

I have some more suggs (your choice to accept them or not)

Add the Dregovitsians (Empty land between Poland and the Polochans (100 AD - 900 AD)

Divide the The prussians to Skalvians (North part), the Nadruwians (Central part) and Galindyans (South part) and Pomezany (Very south part) instead of the Prussians in all scenarios that contain them.

Add the Aesti (Estonia) (100BC-450 AD), Samogitians (1 AD-900 AD), Vidivarii (North Silesia (100 AD-600 AD), Screrefennae (Swedish-Finnish border) (150 BC-700 AD), Romarici (Oslo and parts of sweden) (200BC-800AD), Aukshtaits (East Lithuania), (100 AD-900 AD),Myrgingi (100 AD-450 AD) (Hamburg) and the Sitonii (Swedish Coast and Latvia) (200 BC-520 AD).

I will add your suggestions except dividing the Prussians. Since I think they aren't very different at all, so they don't add anything but lags.

And make it for android pls

I don't own AoC2 for Android, but if it's as easy as changing a few files I can do it. However I've heard events on Android are broken which is a shame because there will be tons of events in the mod

will there be new provinces

I have zero idea how to edit the map

UPDATE: I think i'm actually going to have to edit the map anyway, vanilla provinces are too bad.

Is this still alive?

No after a game breaking bug (99% bug) that can only be helped by reinstalling (thus deleting my mod) got me, but I will try to continue the project on a separate topic

The ancient scenarios seem really good! If you want an help, take a look of Roma Invicta, I did something similar an year ago, I spent a lot of time to rebuild the geopolitical map of ancients times (from Trojan War until 476 AD)

Welcome to Shop Soy: Der Kalter Krieg's official page. SS:DKK is yet another WW2 Axis Victory scenario but with a twist: It's my story, with my characters and my lore. This scenario is heavily inspired in The New Order and Thousand Week Reich mods for HoI4 and was made only for fun, I don't condone noir support any extreme ideologies presented in this mod (With the exception of one: Nationalism).
      Content:
      -Slightly improved UI
      -A few new ideologies
-Tons of new leaders and civilizations
      -Lots of events
-And more (that I'm too lazy to remember)

      AGE OF CONFLICT

Age of Conflict is a mod based on the modern era (1900-present), in which it will be tried to be as exact as possible to the various years in which the mod is based. From completely renewed scenarios of the First World War and the modern world, to completely new scenarios of the Cold War or the interwar period.
This "Mod" I wanted to do a long time ago, I even published a post in the forum, but due to lack of time I had to delete it ... Now I have a little time to create it, so this time I will not delete it.
The idea of the mod is completely inspired by Nova Aurora, my goal is to make something as cool as the previously mentioned mod.
Also, if you have any suggestions for any scenario or if you want to help with the mod (either looking for information or things like that) you just have to tell me
      Discord Server: https://discord.gg/77ceMrqKgn
      What I plan to add:
Many new scenarios ranging from 1900 to 2021 Rarely seen new civilizations, from very unknown African tribes to rare vassal states in scenarios New formable nations, mostly fictitious, but there will also be historical. Events in all scenarios New music Correct leaders for each scenario, (European, American and the most important countries of Asia, Africa and Oceania) There are more things that I would like to add, such as a new fund or new provinces, but they are things that I do not think I will add due to lack of time.
      Future scenarios:
1900 1910 Great War || 1914 1916 Interwar Period || 1919/1920/1921 (Not decided yet) 1930 Chaco War || 1932 World War II || 1936 1940 1942 1945 1950 1960 1970 1980 1990 Yugoslav Wars || 1991 2000 Modern World || 2021 Internal territorial organizations || Europe 2021* *In this scenario would be the majority of states, provinces, etc. of European countries. It would be on the map of Europe that comes by default in the game, so that the limits are a little more exact
(Scenarios such as the Second Sino-Japanese War or the Russian Revolution will not be included separately, as they will be included in the annual scenarios)
