2: Do the sahara provinces, libya borders, german togo and morocco

3: illyria provinces and poland provinces [ poland is africa btw]

you go to: map - *the map to edit* - suggested_owners - you create a blank file with the name of the province (ex: 2) open the folder as notes and write *code of the country*;*year of foundation* (ex: in the 2 folder put gib;1936; which is gibraltar)
