During modding, I found myself need the operation of adding events to formable civilizations. e.g.: assume A forms a civilization B through formable decision (instead of events) then I would like to trigger a event for civilization B.
However, after I added events to civilization B, such civilization would be added to the game at the beginning, with land 0.
Then A can not form B since it violates the condition "civilization B does not exist".
I've tried to first form B into another civilzation C, but that does not work.
What should I do? I would really appreciate it if anyone could tell me how to solve this problem. Thank you in advance for your help!!!

Hello Everyone, today i want to introduce my first mod ever, It's called "In The Name Of The Kaiser".
In The Name Of The Kaiser (AKA Kaiserreich discount version) is an Age of History 2 mod which is inspired from Kaiserreich, A mod about the world where the German Empire won the First World War for a game called Hearts of Iron 4, the reason i didn't name this mod Kaiserreich because of the Rules say no.
Okay enough chit chat, this is what the Mod offers to you :
New Ideologies. Scripted Events & Peace Deals. Scripted Coring Lands. Reworked World Map Borders. Reworked Population Grow. Removed Diplomacy Points ( I know this confuse you, but i will explain this more soon ). Removed Rebels ( To prevent border gore ). A Lot of new countries. ETC. Here's the world map in this mod

AoH2 typically names a province after its city. But you can actually change the province name to whatever you want. And even without a city in the province, you can still give it a name other than "Fokus". This is done through a map's province_names folder. In the base game, this is how the sea provinces get their names.
How to add a unique province name:
Find the ID of the province you want to name by going into "Edit Connections And Provinces". In your AoH2 directory, go to map/<map name>/province_names. If you don't have a province_names folder, copy the one from the AoH1 map into your map. Open the names file in a text editor, preferably Notepad++. Add your province name on the line with a value one higher than the province ID. (ex. province ID 1821 = line 1822) Save your changes and reload the map. And now whenever you hover over the province in-game, you'll see the name you gave it regardless of how many cities are in it!

This scenario was created entirely by me. It explores the alternative universe where Germany and Italy defeated the USSR, France, England and USA, while Japan defeated China, based on a hypothetical map of 'The Man in the High Castle'. Now, the world is divided into 4 ways: the Greater Germanic Reich, the New Roman Empire, the Japanese Empire and a few neutral countries that will try to survive through this new dark age on human history.
Will you be able to bring freedom for the world again?
Or will the Black Sun shine forever?

2. Extract it into your AoC2 folder (usually Age of Civilizations 2/)
3. When it asks you to rewrite the files, rewrite them.
