<p>
	AOH3 has a lot of provinces, over 13,000, but I've decided that isn't enough. I will modify the map to feature approx <strong><em>100,000 provinces</em></strong>.
</p>

<p>
	Do I expect to actually complete it? No, not anytime soon at least
</p>

<p>
	But will I release an early version of the map? Yes, in fact you can download it <span style="font-size:48px;"><strong><a href="https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3569085509" rel="external nofollow"><span style="color:#e74c3c;">here</span></a></strong></span>

	Every province will be individually assigned a growth rate based on its city's peak population, and a resource (will probably add more to reflect the wide array of metals not portrayed in the base game)
</p>

<p>
	As I complete regions, I plan to add many nations to the game, even down to municipalities (if they have flags)
</p>

	<strong>AnalyticalEngine</strong> (Project Orion) is a game engine that opens up the core binary code of AOC3 and removes hardcoded features and mechanics by allowing for full NashornJS scripting in mods, as well as providing an API for Event Conditions, Effects, Game Scopes, modded Multiplayer (MP) support, and custom mapmodes and UIs. This allows for full hybrid Java and JavaScript modding support.

	Mod Description:<br />
	Rainfall Strategy is a mod that modifies the combat system in Age of History 3 (AoH3). It introduces new naval units, new combat strategies tailored for naval forces, and new occupation mechanics. The mod is built on the Finality Framework.
</p>

<p>
	New Naval Units and Combat System:<br />
	- When recruiting naval units, if there are naval forces on the battlefield, ground units will automatically be excluded from the battle. Once all naval units are exhausted, the attacking ground units’ offense and defense become zero. Therefore, ground units effectively lose all combat power when forced into battle at sea. Similarly, when naval units are on land, if there are ground forces in the same army, the navy will not participate in combat until all the ground units are exhausted. The navy will then enter the battle with zero offense and defense (effectively no combat power).<br />
	- When ground armies fight at sea, the battle outcome is determined by the number of troops, dice rolls, and commanders (if assigned).<br />
	- When assembling units for sea operations, only the speed of naval units is considered. If the army consists only of ground units at sea, their speed is reduced by 40%. On land, only the speed of ground units is considered; if a navy unit is used exclusively on land, their speed is reduced by 40%.<br />
	- The current tech tree includes 10 main battleships (starting from ancient times) and 2 auxiliary ships (introduced in modern times).

	New Optional Occupation/Advancement Mechanism:<br />
	- Prevents attacking another province across unoccupied provinces (rainfall mechanic).<br />
	- After besieging a province, other provinces will not be automatically occupied regardless of their defense level (AoH2-style occupation mechanism).

	These settings can be adjusted in the rfStrategy.json file. By default, the mod uses the rainfall mechanic. To use the original game’s mechanic, set the value of battleLineMode from "rainfall" to "aoh3".

	- Open the mod’s folder and locate the Rainfall/rfStrategy.json file to customize the settings.<br />
	- battleLineMode: String / Choose the advancement mechanism ("aoh3", "aoh2", or "rainfall"). When set to "aoh3", the system behaves like the original game; "aoh2" disables chain occupation and prevents attacking through unoccupied provinces; "rainfall" enables chain occupation and prevents attacking through unoccupied provinces.<br />
	- To integrate this mod into your own mod, there is no need to copy the entire plugin. Instead, set your mod to depend on Rainfall Strategy Next in the Steam Workshop. Create a Rainfall folder in your mod's directory, and copy and modify the rfStrategy.json file. Usually, the configuration files in your mod’s folder will be prioritized (the plugin reads configuration files based on priority: mods &gt; Steam Workshop &gt; game default).

	<span style="font-size:18px;">Additions &amp; Stuff is a general megamod that aims to improve the existing features of the game at the best level.</span>

		<span style="font-size:20px;"> <strong>A small-scale extended timeline for both maps;</strong> (16 of 245 scenarios were completed). There will be a total of 10 scenarios per 100 years. The ones on the main map will be vanilla level, and the ones in Project: Vita will be about 5 times more detailed than vanilla level (Since Project: Vita has about 5 times more provinces than t<span> </span>he main game, we will talk about them in the following articles).</span><br />

		 <strong><span style="font-size:20px;">Better laws (to be developed); </span></strong><span style="font-size:20px;">Most of the "laws" in the game are politically based, and as different tools, they can work in different situations. So, while lesser laws may not be as effective as their higher counterparts, they do provide you with additional advantages. This means you can restrict certain rights and generate revenue for your country at any time, especially in emergencies and in poor countries. However, there are still various problems and adjustments that need to be corrected (such as the artificial intelligence not changing any laws, the values of some laws being insufficient, missing or exaggerated) and they will be fixed in the future.</span><br />

			<strong><span style="font-size:20px;">Map improvements; </span></strong><span style="font-size:20px;">Additions &amp; Stuff comes with an improved version of the <a href="https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3353478997" rel="external nofollow">Map Tweaks</a> mini-mod. Growth rates have been completely overhauled to be more proportional to population balance (growth rates will be further improved in the future), and resources have been reworked to be more realistic to align with real-world resource production. Large regions of the United Nations have been added instead of continents (the existing "regions" feature will be updated in the future, and continents will be added back as regular continents). The map overlays have a new look (by combining the 2 overlays published by Lukasz) and when you zoom out from the map a different map appears. Some cities have been changed to align with the administrative division capitals. New islands that weren't in the game are also being added to the map. In the future, terrain types will also receive a new renewal. Good news: once everything is finalized before the release of Additions &amp; Stuff, you'll be able to subscribe to Map Tweaks v1.2 directly on Steam.</span><br />

The map will be created similarly, dividing the provinces of the main game but preserving their basic shapes. Like Map Tweaks, Project: Vita 3.0 is a sub-expansion of the mod, so it will be released as an additional mod once completed. While production on the map is not yet complete, I'd like to announce that production has begun.</span><br />

	<strong>Age of Rebalances</strong> is a mod that increases the efficiency of artificial intelligence and improves the balance of the game! Play Age of History 3 in a new, <em>exciting way</em>.

		<span>Complete rebalancing of all units types. Now their strength is balanced according to the epoch, and their cost - according to the quality (in the original Age of History 3, a medieval spearman was 40% stronger than a swordsman... and cost was the same);</span>
	</li>
	<li>
		<span>Various AI improvements, such as higher aggressiveness and better gold management</span>
	</li>
	<li>
		<span>Rebalance of capital buildings and some other buildings</span>
	</li>
	<li>
		<span>Uprisings will occur more often</span>
	</li>
	<li>
		<span>Increased terrain defense bonuses to emphasize its strategic importance;</span>
	</li>
	<li>
		<span>Removed some opportunities for players to upgrade their army too cheaply;</span>
	</li>
	<li>
		<span>Improved technology order to make technological development smoother;</span>
	</li>
	<li>
		<span>Other minor improvements, such as strengthening some advantages and reducing the price of mercenaries.</span>
