RalseiTree 2 Posted December 8, 2020 (edited) This is a 1v1 between the German Empire at it's WW1 extend and an expanded United Baltic Duchy, the Baltics include part of Poland, Belarus, Russia, all of Est, Lat, and Lith, and part of Finland. Both have equal provinces but Germany edges them out in rank.
