I purchased Age of History II, but my computer cannot run it

I bought the game for 91NT$ on STEAM on April 12, 2021, but the game does not respond after double-clicking the desktop shortcut on my computer. Is it a problem with my computer system?

Hope someone can help answer this question, thank you very much
