First, You forgot to change ideologies from Austria-Hungary, Ottomans and Russia, both are monarchies. also, the Sinai isn't part of the Ottomans, it's part of Egypt that is a British colony. Germany owned Schleswig-Holstein and Eupen Malmedy.
