Can't select the number i want

When i'm creating some events, i can't select the exact number i want. I move my mouse for 1 pixel and it goes from 18 to 20 but i want 19.How can i select 19 please help20210702020844_1.thumb.jpg.770bc5c1ecfe4c0ac06f5cc4086b3c12.jpg
