I created an ideology, but when i try to add a flag for it, it doesn't work.

So basically i created the Libertarianism ideology, and it has the ''lib'' tag. i successfully added an icon to it, which is the Libertarian snake, and all this works like a charm. To change the name of the name of the country when it is in a Libertarian regime, i go to Bundle.PROPERTIES, i add ''usa_lib = United states of America'' just below ''usa_c = American Union''. The problem begins when i put a flag for the government type i want in ''flags'' and ''flagsh'', the flag doesn't change, and stays the original American flag. i just want to know if it's possible to add flags for ideologies i made.
