How do you move civilizations from Conquerors mod to Bloody Europe?

The title says it all.
When I tried to copy paste the files from Conquerors in "civilizations_editor" to the ones in bloody europe, they do indeed paste the files but ingame it appears as an unknown civilization with a question mark.
