The game is not responding / Gra nie reaguje

 PL: Jak można dostrzec na załączonym filmie gra nie reaguje na żądania co wyklucza możliwość dalszej rozgrywki, dodam że grę posiadam na steam oraz sprawdzałem już spójność plików gry i podjąłem próby ponownej instalacji. Bez skutecznie. 

ENG: As you can see in the attached video, the game does not respond to the requirements that exclude the possibility of further gameplay, I add that I own the game on steam and already checked the consistency of the game files and tried to reinstall it. Without effective.

Any help for us please?

 

Edit: Additionally, the problem is extended also to any new game I try to start, not just a single saved game
