Can't see my custom civilizations

So i had like over 200 custom civilizations, when i was creating one my computer crashed and i cant see them anymore. the nations are in my game files, i can see them there. but i cant see them in the actual game. and when i try to make one again it just makes this glitched one

hum i sugest you to make a new copy of the original game and copy your civilisaiton from your old mod to the new that could work
