jackiii 2 Posted March 1, 2023 (edited) The Silesian Wars were a series of conflicts fought between Prussia and Austria over the region of Silesia in the mid-18th century. The wars began with the First Silesian War in 1740-1742, where Prussia invaded and conquered Silesia. The Third Silesian War in 1756-1763 was the most significant, as Austria, France, and Russia formed an alliance against Prussia in an attempt to regain control of Silesia.
