My Belgium Map dosent work can anybody fix it?

I swear I did everything right, with no syntax errors but it still crashes when I open the map in the game menu Link HERE!!!!!

In the config.json the NumberOfProvinces is 14 but should be 15.

It didn't work and I checked there are only 14

In the download there are 15. Don't forget that province 0 is the first province, and province 1 is the second.
First time didn't work too, had to clean the 1 and 3 folders inside data\scales\provinces and let the provinces regenerate again. And the map must be in the background folder divided in _L and _R.

After loading the map In the game again, it's automatic.

The map is inside the backgrounds folder? The name must be BEL_M_L.png and BEL_M_R.png and dimensions 640x1047 each.

Thank you so much, It loaded the first time but didn't start so i just uninstalled my game in reinstalled but now it worked and i am currently connecting the provinces, thank you so much for putting in the effort to help me on this
