The Age of history doesn't open for me!!

I bought this one more than a year ago and it stopped opening and all the files are correct and it is the only game that does not open and I cannot return the money because I did not pay with a credit card but with Nequi and I don't know what to do. Do you recommend me or what do I download to help me?

Yes I already have java downloaded and it still doesn't open and I have all the requirements

Search your graphics card in Google and check if OpenGL is 2.1 or higher. If yes, it's ok
Try this (installing old java version): Link
Open config.ini in the game folder and put FULLSCREEN=false
Open the game directly using the AoC2.exe (run as administrator and with compatibility mode in Windows 7)

a little thing about downloading java 7 the problem is that they force me to create an account and I need a company and yes I need a tutorial

What needs tutorial? The second?
Try the last two first. Both files are in Steam\steamapps\common\AoCII
