Why is this a problem at all?

I understand that this visual bug is due to the presence of another province in the middle between the provincial borders, but I'm wondering how to fix it without changing the map?

The last screenshot below shows that in the same case, for some unknown reason, the game managed to draw a border, but in the rest it did not.

I figured out why in the last screenshot the game created a border, there should be no extra points between the surrounded and another province. In this case game believes that these points are still the border of a larger surrounding province.

I managed to repeat this trick on the other bugs.

 

So fixed it by myself.

Try to delete the connections between the two provinces, press DOWN key and then create the connections again
or delete the connections, close the game, open the game and create the connections

I tried all of this

The only time it worked for me was pressing R in the background editing menu of the provinces. But it helped with only one border.

can you explain this a little better? im having a similar issue in sea provinces

also is there a way to do something similar or a fix entirely for andorra missing its border?
