The People's Liberation Army seeks to settle disputes between different factions inside of the People's Congress. Hardline Marxists called the Octoberists side with the Jacobins in order to take away the neo-socialist, and Anarchist factions domination in the Congress. Both factions however despise the Green Party as being not radical enough. Who will re-unite California and eventually the United States? No one truly Knows.

The first one is just too urgent to start the civil war.

So, I would choose the second one since it seems to be more challenging.

Sorry my fellow AoH2 players but I will be taking a week vacation to Las Vegas and so will be unable to post on here for a week please ask any questions about the mod. I think first one if you add events leading up to it people can just increase the economy of the country they want to play as and in my opinion that would be less interesting
