Game Crashes

i was making my own color pallete when my electricity went out, i was like "no big deal" so i just waited, turned my computer back on, launched the game but then...

it keeps closing itself when at 99% completion.

this is a reoccurring issue, and i have not found the solution yet, if anyone knows the solution, please help

UPDATE: the problem has been solved, if anyone else is experiencing the same problem however, try restarting your computer, and reinstalling the game several times

Thanks for informing us! I was also persisiting with the same issue which I would solve using your method!

my method now would be: if you have any custom / edited files (governments, civilizations, flags etc..), extract those files from the game before downloading it, then place them into the new game files also youre welcome!
