GV_Logs file still not working

Hello, I swear I don't want to be annoying, but I have kept trying to change the false to true in the GV_Logs file and the game keeps closing, the Tab is on and it doesn't even work, I don't know what else to do, uninstall and install the game?

If you encounter the same save issue as I did, I guess it's caused by the game language. When I switched the language to English, the game could save normally. However, when I switched to Traditional Chinese, the game wouldn't show any save data in-game. But I could find the saved files in the AOH3 save folder in File Explorer when in Traditional Chinese mode.
