Renaming provinces does not save

If you try renaming Istanbul to Konstantiniyye then reload the game, it simply defaults back to Istanbul.

Yes. Renaming provinces, civilizations or changing civ colors just resets after you reload the game. I'm hoping that this can be fixed.
