Bug Report: Regiment Size Issue in 1066 Scenario

Hello,

I have found a bug regarding the size of military regiments in the 1066 scenario, and I believe this significantly affects gameplay. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue as soon as possible.

Bug Details: It seems that the size of military regiments is determined by a base size of 20, plus Local Manpower and Civilization Bonuses. However, there are multiple countries where the Civilization Bonus appears to be bugged. These countries, despite owning only 1-4 provinces, can maintain 50-60 regiments (Base: 20, Bonuses: 30-40, Local Manpower: 0). Meanwhile, in the same scenario and period, the Byzantine Empire, which owns hundreds of provinces, can only maintain 30 regiments (Base: 20, Local Manpower: 10).

Moreover, this bug does not occur with specific countries but seems to affect different countries randomly.

This bug makes it difficult to enjoy the game comfortably, so I would appreciate it if you could fix it as soon as possible. While I haven't confirmed if the same bug occurs in other scenarios, there is a high possibility that it does, so please check that as well.

Thus, I do not think every kingdoms should have 20 regimets equally when we game start. (This is not bug report but suggestion.) Small Kingdoms or other states such as pitty kingoms in Ireland, pitty fifs in Holy Roman Empire, and small taifas in Iberia should be forced to hold small regiments with their means. Of course, merchant states such as Venice, Genoa, and Pisa could have large forces if they are prosperous countries in the senario.

What it boils down to is that I want Mr. Lukasz Jakowski to repaire the bug of regiments size caused by the bug of civilization bonuses asap, and I seggested that small countries should have only small army when game starts.
