How do I create a new folder for my scenario? (adding scenario events)

I created a new scenario in the "Create a scenario" editor. However the scenario did not appear in my game files afterwards. I tried creating a folder with the Scenario Tag, but this caused ALL the scenarios to disappear. Maybe I need to download the data files similar to the other scenario files (see below), if so where might I find this information?
