The game is freezing too much

Hey guys. 

I bought the game like a day ago and from the beginning i faced various problems at launching it. anyway i finally launched the game but right after I noticed that the game is lagging like its not even possible to play, not to mention that i've already seen the minimum requirement to play this game and my PC is not that weak, idk where's the problem and i just really wanna play the game.

I searched all the internet but found nothing to fix this one, you guys experienced the same thing? what is the problem? how can i fix it? any lead would be appreciated since im seeing other people paid for the game having the same problem.
