This game needs a save transfer..

Aoc2 requires a simple system that allows us to share save files between android, ios and pc.

IOS would be extremely difficult for file transferring, however on Android to PC (and vice versa) it is a much simpler process to do. All you need to do is plug your phone into your PC via a USB cord (your charging cable will work for that) and then access the files that way. I've included a helpful tutorial that explains it more in depth. Anyways, hope this helps!
