Guest Micheal Posted January 24, 2019 I was wanting a mod for this for a while. It's that in a peace treaty, you are allowed to create your own nation. I wanted this, because it kind of bothers me when I made a WW1 scenario, but when the Allies won, they wanted to take EVERYTHING. I wanted to be able to control the treaty and make up new nations, instead of having to conquer the entire nation, make a puppet government, and then le the puppet government be free.
