S.F.R.YUGOSLAVIA 7 Posted May 21, 2021 How do heck do leaders work in this game, like the birth date doesn't even matter: (you have tsar boris of bulgaria in 1200) is it there for some educational purposes (the gamebase is a bunch of 9 year olds, so...) dead mod
Guest mimida21 Posted May 22, 2021 i can agree that how the leaders in the game doesn't make sense, like i see a leader of a country in a specific time, let say Victoria era, and the leader was born much later than before 1700. the leader inside the game suppose to be a buff or a debuff of a nation a player suppose to have when playing as a specific nation, let take al-Ghuri of mamluk for a moment, he's balanced, his debuff is military and scientifically a -2%, but the buff is that in term of taxation and population growth is 2%, the buff and debuff should reflect on how the leader was ruling at his time and how it affect the nation in real life. but i play in the modern world scenario alot, so the majority of third world nation in the game that don't have relevant in real world (apart of both Americas) won't have a leader in it, even if it has, it either a long dead leader, or leader that have no purpose other than being a nation's little decoration. that's how i hate the system of the leaders in the game: 1- it only focus on the 1400 scenario. 2- some leaders in one scenario could make sense, but in other doesn't. 3- leaders with no buff or debuff is just a dumb decoration and a waste of space. that's all i have to say, hope this would help.
